We are looking for part-time professional coaches!
If you have a passion for basketball and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you. We want to develop good basketball players but above all else - better people.
It is important to us that we provide consistency for our players; we do not offer temporary positions. All roles are year-around positions.
Responsibilities:

Be a sturdy leader in order to develop confident children who will grow into sturdy adults (Sturdy = the ability to be connected to yourself and someone else at the same time)

Review lesson plans and prepare with the basketball & life skill before each practice

Provide direct coordination with the daycare facility, always maintaining the highest level of care and safety to all players

Build a caring relationship with each player, calling them by their name & emphasizing their strengths

Commit to consistent shifts weekly in order to create stability and rapport with our players

Set up/clean up equipment at each location, ensuring the environment is left how it was found

Exhibit strong communication skills, adjusting style to best approach each age range

Proficient with technology for player tracking and photo management

Ensure that no child is out of sight range from Coach & all players are accounted for at all times

Conduct practice with key focuses in mind; utilizing a huddle at the end of practice and our team affirmation: I Got This!

Requirements:

College Diploma Preferred (HS Diploma Required)

CPR & First Aid Certified (Company Provided)

Job Type: Part-time, Weekday Hours (Potential Shifts: 8:45am - 11:45 & 1:45pm - 4:45pm)

Pay: $35/HR
